What is the average shipping time for furniture and decor?
Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days. For larger furniture pieces requiring white-glove delivery, please allow 2-3 weeks for scheduling and transportation.
What is your return policy for home goods?
We offer a 30-day return window for most items in their original packaging. Please note that custom-made furniture and final sale items are not eligible for return.
Do you offer fabric and material swatches?
Yes, we understand the importance of texture and color. You can order up to five complimentary swatches through our website to help you make the perfect choice for your home.
Are your products covered by a warranty?
All Alen furniture comes with a limited one-year warranty covering manufacturing defects and structural integrity under normal residential use.
Can I cancel or modify my order after it has been placed?
Orders can be modified or cancelled within 12 hours of placement. After this window, the order enters our fulfillment process and may already be in transit.
Do you offer assembly services for large furniture?
Yes, we offer a White Glove Delivery service at checkout which includes room-of-choice delivery, full assembly, and removal of all packaging materials.
